Eligibility

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
  • Sale or discounted items are final sale and not eligible for returns unless defective.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Email us at support@sleekura.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. We'll respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions and a return authorization.
  3. Ship the item(s) back using a trackable shipping method. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we made an error.

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you via email.
  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
  • Shipping fees from the original order are non-refundable.

Exchanges

  • We offer exchanges for defective or damaged items. Contact us at support@sleekura.com within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • If you'd like a different size or variant, we recommend returning the original item for a refund and placing a new order.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

  • If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please email support@sleekura.com within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We'll make it right at no additional cost to you.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Downloadable or digital products
  • Items marked as final sale
  • Perishable goods (if applicable)
